Project Summary

Due to constant convect differences throughout a hypothetical ideal plasma, compression of basic waves occur frequently. This is analagous to the turbulence associated with a tea kettle with warm water rising to the top and cooler water sinking below. This turbulence produces waves on a stellar surface,which is known as a starquake.


This principle can be elaborated upon further by the following astrophysical theory: Recurring starquakes can propogat high density ions moving through low energy ions. This can impart energy to the corona.






Observability would be experimentally reciprocal.
